Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) Conference Grant

Empowers researchers from underrepresented regions to present their work at high-level conferences and contribute to cutting-edge brain cancer research.

ITC Conference Grants support researchers and innovators from Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) and Near Neighbour Countries (NNC) to present their own work at high-level third-party conferences within the Action's scope. Grants cover travel, accommodation, subsistence, registration fees, and the costs of participation. This initiative is designed to enhance your visibility within the research community and foster strong networks through the dissemination of your research findings — empowering researchers from underrepresented regions to actively contribute to cutting-edge brain cancer research.

Who can apply?

  • Eligible applicants: Action participants affiliated with ITC or NNC countries who meet COST financial support rules and will present their own work.

What to submit in e-COST?

  • Title: Title of the oral presentation.
  • Conference: Conference title, date (within the active Grant Period, 15 October) and country.
  • Attendance type: On-site or online.
  • Budget: Budget requested.
  • Application form: Form describing the conference relevance and motivation, including expected impact on the applicant's career.
  • Abstract & invitation: Abstract of the accepted oral presentation and the acceptance/invitation letter.

Selection criteria and assessment

  • Selection focuses on scientific quality, alignment with Action objectives, and added value for ITC/NNC capacity building.
